As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter), you will source, recruit, and attract the highest quality candidates to join our fast-growing team.

Duties:
Execute full-cycle recruiting for positions ranging from the production floor to executive level Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates Onboard new employees and contractors Maintain an updated and accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times Perform other related and assigned duties as necessary.
