Responsible for greeting and welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, coordinating schedules and accepting patients' payments.

Experience:
1-2 years of customer service experienceA combination of experience, education, and/or training which substantially demonstrates the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Polished, professional imageOutstanding interpersonal skills, including compassion, tact, and the desire to help othersHigh attention to detail, follow-through and time management skillsComputer literacy, MS Word and Excel, strong typing/data entry skills (speed and accuracy)Previous medical office experience is preferredAbility to multitask and prioritize work task based upon importanceKnowledge of EHR systems and HIPPA regulationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of billing codes and medical terminologyAbout the Company:
