The Customer Service Representative is an office based, full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Sales Manager at our Atlanta Distribution Office in Dacula, Georgia.
As a Customer Service Rep, you play a key role in supporting the sales function for Jacksonville, FL & Dacula, GA.
You will also support existing and prospective customers over the phone to sell Weyerhaeuser Distribution's full range of products, including engineered lumber, plywood, OSB, distributed products and dimension lumber.
Additional responsibilities include processing returns and claims, executing transfer sales, assisting with month end closing, and maintaining the pricing database.
We are looking for an organized, service-oriented, and proactive communicator who we can train, grow and develop within our sales organization! Key Functions:
Assist customers and vendors with telephone sales or service inquiries provide sales and marketing communication, execute program sales, and manage various steps for upcoming orders Support our fast-paced sales, operations and purchasing groups in customer service and order entry activities Build knowledge of our customers and the products handled, along with inventory management Develop tactical knowledge of order administration, which includes order entry, reporting, and the delivery, claim and return processes Manage data and systems for the team, which involves working with spreadsheets (Excel), BI reports, price sheets, and providing SAP & Ascend system information to customers Partner closely with key groups, which includes the sales team, operations and purchasing Use problem-solving skills and professional phone skills to proactively solve customer issues Develop and generate sales and inventory reports, while supporting the development of sales presentations and organizing customer events and training While performing all of these functions, the successful candidate will focus on building product knowledge to learn all aspects of the business Our experienced operations team with over 40 LEAN greenbelts provides a safe and efficient delivery service.

Qualifications 1 to 3 years of work experience OR related degree (High School Diploma or equivalent required) Work well with others and effectively contribute to an unbeatable high performing team Demonstrate a high level of initiative, a passion for winning, a can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of success Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Compensation:
This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $48,000 - $72,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience.
You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay.
Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement:

We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment.
In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use.
