We are searching for an experienced, warm and welcoming individual to join our team at the front desk.
This position requires occasional travel between locations.
Our front desk plays a vital role in our day to day operations.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive outlook and is willing to go above and beyond for our patients.
The ideal candidate will also possess the following qualities:
- Reliable - Detail oriented and organized - Ability to multi task Some of the duties for this position include:
appointment scheduling, answering phones, check in/out, collect co-payments, verify insurance and posting payments.
Dental/medical front office experience a must.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:
30am - 5:
30pm and Fridays 7:
30am - 5:
00pm

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
