Summary:
You will provide every patient treated under Pulmonary & Sleep Specialist of NEGA with a high quality of care by providing an excellent patient experience that is welcoming, respectful, skillful, compassionate, empathetic, and professional.
Job
Responsibilities:
Serving patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
Welcoming patients and visitors in person or on the telephone and answering or referring inquiries.
Keeping patient appointments on schedule by notifying the back office of patients' arrival, reminding providers of service delays, while keeping patients informed of any delays as well.
Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
Obtaining revenue by recording and updating financial information and recording and collecting patient payments.
Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
