The ideal veterinary receptionist will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and assist clients with the check in and check out process while maintaining a warm and efficient persona.
They will also have the ability to use basic office machinery and have basic computer knowledge--proficiency with Microsoft office suite and veterinary operating software is preferred.
This person should be able to handle multiple phone lines professionally and efficiently while maintaining a professional front even during busy or stressful times.
At least one year of veterinary experience is required.
